Omega 3-6-9 Reduces Some Kinds Of Medical Problems

What is Omega 3-6-9? It is billion dollars questions to us. Omega 3-6-9 is a product which is combined with three fatty acids named Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9. In our routine diet, these fatty acids are very essential. These fatty acids reduce many medical problems such as asthma, cardiovascular disease, arthritis etc. Beside this, it is very important to get the right balance of these three fatty acids in our body.

Omega 3:

Omega 3 is polyunsaturated fatty acid. The term polyunsaturated divides into two parts. Poly means many and unsaturated means, double bands. Omega 3 has many double bands. In the Omega 3-6-9 product, Omega 3 consists of more than the other fatty acids. The human body does not produce this fatty acid in their body but it is essential. So we should take Omega 3 in our routine diet. World Health Organisation  (WHO) advises eating at least two portions of oily fish per week to rich Omega 3 s EPA and DHA in our body.

Omega 6:

Omega 6 is also a polyunsaturated fatty acid. Omega 6 is very essential in our body. These fats are used as the source of energy. Linoleic acid is the most common omega 6. The doctor recommends our diet containing more omega 6 fatty acids than necessity. Omega 6 reduces the chronic diseases.

Omega 9:

Omega 9 has a basic structure difference between Omega 3 and Omega 6. Omega 9 is a monounsaturated fatty acid which means that it has only one double band. Nine carbons are present at the Omega end of the fatty acid molecules. Oleic acid is the most known Omega 9 fatty acid. Though Omega 9 can be produced by our body, people intake it from outside too. For in taking a high amount of monounsaturated fat diets, it reduces plasma triglycerides by 19% and bad cholesterol by 22% of diabetes patients.

Conclusion:

It is very necessary to have these Omegas in our diet. But people should intake it in a proper ratio. Otherwise, it is very harmful to the people.
